This patient arrived ready to have every remaining tooth removed.
Years of rushed, aggressive treatment with little explanation had left him with a collapsed bite, worn and failing teeth, and a mouth that simply no longer worked. He didn’t understand why so many teeth had been taken out or why the previous work kept breaking down. He had lost hope.
At our practice we start differently. We take the time to understand exactly what went wrong and what is still possible. We clear infection, carefully strengthen what can be saved, and rebuild the foundations first. Only once the mouth is stable do we restore the bite and design the new smile digitally so the patient can see and approve every detail before anything permanent is placed.
In this case, because the teeth were severely out of position and time was limited, we chose strong, natural-looking full-contour zirconia for a complete rehabilitation. No drawn-out temporary phase. Just a carefully planned rebuild focused on long-term function and confidence.
Today he no longer talks about having his teeth taken out.
He talks about eating comfortably, smiling without hesitation, and feeling like himself again.
