6 non specific signs

1.enlarged o***y: one diameter more than 5 cm
abnormal location of the o***y
2.peripherally located follicles +
3.heterogenous stroma
4.cyst or mass inside o***y
5.free pelvic fluid
6.tender on probing

3 specific signs

7- whirlpool sign: noted mass adjacent to the o***y with rounded vessels appearance by color Doppler
8- abnormal Doppler: 1st loss of venous flow >> then loss of arterial and venous flow
9- follicular ring sign: the follicles inside o***y show hyperechoic thick wall
