Turns out the chicest things aren’t expensive prams or perfectly curated nurseries... they’re the little everyday habits that help your baby move, explore and thrive.

Think:
• tummy time (even if it’s only for a minute 😅)
• switching sides when you carry and feed
• celebrating every tiny milestone
• trusting your instincts as a parent
• giving your little one plenty of opportunities to move

Healthy development doesn’t have to be complicated, it often starts with the small things we do every day.

And if you ever have questions about your baby’s movement, head shape, milestones or development, that’s exactly what I’m here for. 🤍
