Watercolour of the view from the steps of the Peter Cloete Art School, where is holding the loveliest classes. I am learning about sky holes, mid-tones, shadows and spending my time on details. Unlike the quick daily sketch where I turn the page the next day, I have had to stick at this one painting until teacher declared it done. Another landscape in the making, including people (and some dogs).
