Two Over the Berg Hikes kicking off this month, and we can’t wait.
We start at our newly renovated Elgin River Lodge , bags light and spirits high,
heading deep into the magnificent Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve — often called the most biodiverse corner of the planet.
Three days of mountain air, winding trails, good food, laughter, and stories shared along the path.
Our journey ends where the lagoon meets the sea at the Botrivier Lagoon in Fisherhaven,
with eyes on the horizon, hoping for a glimpse of the legendary Fisherhaven Wild Horses.
Mountains behind us, salt in the air,
and a reminder of just how wild and beautiful this part of the world really is. 🌿🥾🌊🐎
