A principle I teach in my Pursuing Wellness program!

Instead of being fixated on a certain body / weight / size, shift your focus to cultivating & committing to the habits that will bear the fruit of a healthy body, such as healthy eating, a healthy relationship with food & your body, sticking to your weekly workouts / being active, a healthy sleep cycle, a healthy mind, healthy intentions etc.

Too often we want the fruit without being willing to plant, water, nurture & put in the necessary work for that fruit to come forth.

This applies to all areas of our lives!

Healthy roots = Healthy fruit 🙂
