A major milestone for Liberty Home Rehab.

We are proud to announce that Liberty Home Rehab has officially received its Permanent Registration from the Department of Social Development.

At the same time, Liberty Home Halfway House has successfully renewed its registration and remains the only privately registered facility of its kind in the Western Cape, South Africa.

This achievement reflects our ongoing commitment to ethical, professional, and high-quality rehabilitation services, providing individuals and families with trusted support on their recovery journey.

As we celebrate this milestone, we continue working towards our next goal: obtaining our Sub-Acute Psychiatric Licence, allowing us to expand our services and support even more people in need.

A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated team, valued partners, and the Department of Social Development for their support and trust.

An evening of meaningful conversations, shared experiences and valuable connections.

Last week in London, Liberty Home had the opportunity to reconnect with respected professionals and long-standing contacts within the mental health and recovery space.

One of the evening’s most powerful moments was hearing Susannah Hill reflect on her journey and experience at Liberty Home, alongside the counsellor who supported her during that time. Her mother, Caro Hill, also shared her perspective, creating a truly meaningful full-circle moment that reflected the values, care and culture at the heart of Liberty Home.
