May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

A gentle reminder that mental health matters just as much as physical health.

Not every struggle is visible. Some people are fighting silent battles while still showing up, smiling, working, parenting, and carrying responsibilities no one sees.

This month, may we choose compassion over judgment, understanding over assumptions, and kindness over criticism.

And if you’re struggling, please know this: asking for help is not weakness. Rest is not laziness. Healing is not linear.

Check in on your people.
Check in on yourself.
Be gentle with your mind.
