As the final bowl’s resonance faded, the room settled into a deep, steady rhythm of shared breathing.

This was our very first time collaborating with Yoga Loft , and looking around the room, every single participant was a fresh face I hadn't met before. Yet, watching a room full of strangers completely let down their guard, surrender to the sound, and melt into such profound relaxation was pure magic.

A heartfelt thank you to for providing such a beautiful, warm space and for all your incredible support. A huge thank you to my amazing partner Kirsten for being my rock on-site and making this possible. 🥂

The space and the frequencies are just the mediums; what truly heals is the pause you give yourselves. ✨

Post-launch celebration ! 🥂

Feeding our souls and bellies with good food after all the hard work.
