The Road to Health Booklet is a vital tool that tracks a child's development from birth into childhood. It's as important to you, as it is to healthcare workers & covers the 5 pillars children need to grow great. An up-to-date Road to Health booklet is required for school enrolment.

You don't need to wait until your child can read before you introduce them to books. Hold your little one on your lap and point to pictures in a cardboard or cloth book.
These books can be chewed, pulled, patted & bashed without breaking!
They can be given to babies during nappy changes, in the pram, safety seat in the car, or during a taxi or bus trip.

The 10 - 16 February marks Pregnancy Awareness Week.

Pregnancy is an important time for a mom and her developing baby. The Department of Health encourages all moms to attend antenatal classes, whether she is a first-time mom or already has children, as they form part of a healthy pregnancy. At a cost of R230, Flourish pregnancy classes are affordable. They are available online and in-person and moms receive a complimentary gift upon completion.
