BodhiFlow was created as a symbol of freedom, love, being bold, badass and brave in our experiences of life. It was the name given to us when our dog Maximus Bodhi passed on, and he sent us the name across the multiverses, the different realms and dimensions. I have very little goals in life, however if asked to chose one, it would be that of pursuing a life of experience as much as I can. My valu

es is that of connection, integrity, honesty, living with beauty and grace, always transforming with each experience and yet knowing that my essence is always the same. I always live by the following attitudes in life, knowing that whether I experience joy or sorrow, these attitudes keep me connected to everything:
a. If you risk nothing, you gain nothing
b. I always chose the road less travelled
c. The attitude of Gratitude is the path of love and compassion
d. If I cannot help anyone, at least try not to hurt them

When we get caught in the trap of our emotions, our thoughts, and how hamster wheel mind, remember you are not just your thoughts, you are not your emotions, you are not just the body.
Breathe, try to centre and become aware of these thoughts, emotions, stories playing out. When you become aware of it, you become awareness itself. When you become aware, you become conscious of much more. For a while, you take a break from the trap of the thoughts, emotions, stories playing out and perhaps you experience something different, whatever that may be.

It Dances recklessly
It Treads with deliberation
Influenced by all that is
Moving with confluence and congruence with everything
Inevitable, ruled by no-one and nothing
Choice within a change?
A paradox

My spirit always feels much lighter when I sit under a painted sky. For a few moments everything seems to slow down, pause, unfold so naturally, so organically. The natural divine order of the earth progresses effortlessly.

Sunrises embraces new possibilities dawning over the horizon.

Sunsets is one of the rare times when we welcome and embrace the dark. The Sky softens with colour, there is rest for the light shining through, and peace can exist in this transition. It reminds me that there is no ending or beginnings, there is just life unfolding as the light and colour is back in a few hours, bringing with it its own mysteries of the next moment.

This is the power of sunrises and sunsets 🌞

There is nothing my soul loves more than to dunk in cold water … and the north Atlantic seemed like something a crazy person should do… crazy is my middle name … meet a bunch of local people, borrow their wet suit, strip down to your underwear to change with these locals, share their thermal drink, and go dunk in the cold sea with a random seal watching you… Jump back in your car to go get lost in the beauty of the highlands… Crazy… thy name is Niri!
