We can do hard things 🥰!
A few months ago if you had of told me I would be entering my first half marathon, I would have laughed and most definitely not believed you. (I am most definitely not a runner 🏃🏼♂️💨!)
In January I challenged myself to do 3 things out of my comfort zone. One of these things was a half marathon.
It was a lot of work balancing work and then trying to get some training in but I trusted myself to stick to the plan and make it happen.
There is something SO incredibly rewarding with being able to work on you for you. Trust yourself. Trust the journey and most importantly have fun doing it.
We are ALL capable of achieving hard goals. It’s about the plan, relying on yourself to continue to show up for yourself and being patient with yourself. 💜
Tarryn and I in preparation for the Gun run, had booked ourselves in for an OptiVein IV about 10 days prior to the race. During the race, our legs felt well rested and energy was ⚡️. It was the first time during a long run that my energy didn’t dip as much as it usually does.
If you are a runner or have an athletic event coming up, I highly recommend an IV. Dr Redman personalises your IV to your needs and it’s a great option for fast and reliable treatment.
We have a number of infusions to suit all symptoms.
Let’s get you ready for race day ! ⚡️⚡️
