Sauna season is only just getting started 🔥

You’d think sauna is all about those cosy winter vibes, but summer sauna hits just as hot. ❤️

Longer days, warm evenings, ocean dips and a little extra sweat. What’s not to love?

Sauna > everything after a long day.
Especially when there’s an ocean nearby. 🌊

🔥 ShuShu is looking for another Operator! Yep, we’re hiring. 👀

If you’re someone who likes meeting new people, spending time outside, getting stuck in and generally having a pretty good time while you work, this might be right up your alley. 😉

Towing experience is a bonus, but definitely not a dealbreaker.

A new Monday ritual activated 🏃‍♀️

Run Kommetjie’s backyard with your friends or on your own (can’t skip that cardio!), check the views from Slangkop and finish with the best recovery we can think of.

Hot sauna and a cold dip! 🔥

It’s one of our favourite local spots (aren’t they all?) and a great way to start your week.

There’s usually a bit of something in the saunakko (that little soapstone piece). 🌿

Eucalyptus, lavender, orange blossom, fynbos… Whatever suits the day. A few drops in there and suddenly the whole sauna smells alive. The plants don’t do anything clever.
They know what they’re doing. Better than most of us!
