After a successful month doing my classes on the seapoint promenade I will be changing my locations to Saunders Beach and the Camps Bay Tidal Pool for December. Tuesday and Thursday will be in Camps bay at 6:30 Am and the regular days will be at Saunders starting from 7am. Classes are by donation and i look forward to seeing anyone who comes.

The first Tai Chi & Qi Gong class went well and it was great to see people turning up 😁. We met in Seapoint Promenade this morning close to the Rhino sculpture and it was a beautiful morning for the class, Throughout the month you can join us on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays to learn and practice Tai Chi and Qi Gong for donation.
