Lots of new faces, so definitely time for a quick reintroduction 👋🏼
My life path has taken be through a lot of lessons and experiences that I love to share on here!
I spent 5 years studying sports science & biokinetics, I had my own practice for two years then became a stay at home mom since the birth of my first born in 2023. Health, wellness and fitness is still one of my biggest passions and I try to interweave it into my life while still being a present mom.
My miscarriages lead me down the most important journey to healing my hormones and optimizing my body for conception. That looked like completely changing my diet from 7years vegan to ancestral eating. (Think grass fed meat, organic seasonal fruits and veg, broths, organ meats & dairy).
My husband is an airline pilot and so life for us looks slightly different to most families whose husbands work a 9-5.
Becoming a mother was the single most profound transformation of my life and I am so passionate about pouring everything into my kids in this short yet chaotic season of life!
I don’t think there has been a rabbit hole I haven’t been down 😅
Made me a low tox mom who is very conscious about what goes on, in and is around my family. 👌🏼
