The 3 Most Common Reasons People Visit a Chiropractor.

The most common areas people come to see us for are lower back pain, neck pain, and mid-back pain. In fact, lower back pain affects up to 80% of people at some point in their lives, while neck and mid-back pain are increasingly common due to desk work, poor posture, stress, and repetitive daily activities.

These issues often develop from prolonged sitting, poor ergonomics, muscle tension, joint stiffness, old injuries, or everyday strain — not just “one bad movement.”

Chiropractic care can help by addressing both the joint and muscle components of pain. Treatment may include spinal manipulation and mobilization to restore movement, dry needling and massage to reduce muscle tension, as well as stretching and practical education to help prevent the pain from returning.

Our goal is not just pain relief, but helping you move better, function better, and feel confident in your body again.
