πŸ«€ Did You Know? High cholesterol often has no obvious symptoms, which is why many people don't realise they have it until it starts affecting their heart health.

Over time, high cholesterol can contribute to the build-up of plaque in your arteries, increasing the risk of heart attack, stroke, and other cardiovascular conditions.

The good news? Understanding your risk factors and taking action early can make a difference.
