Su***de prevention starts with awareness, compassion, and conversation. Many people struggling with emotional pain may not openly ask for help, which is why checking in on one another matters.

Warning signs can include:
• Withdrawal from family or friends
• Changes in mood or behaviour
• Talking about hopelessness or feeling trapped
• Increased substance use
• Changes in sleep or appetite
• Giving away possessions or saying goodbye

Supporting someone can be as simple as:
✔ Listening without judgement
✔ Encouraging professional help
✔ Checking in regularly
✔ Taking any talk of su***de seriously

You are not alone. Help is available. 💛

Midlife brings many changes, but struggling through symptoms in silence shouldn’t be one of them. Hormonal shifts during perimenopause and menopause can affect both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Common symptoms may include:
• Hot flushes and night sweats
• Mood changes or anxiety
• Fatigue and poor sleep
• Weight changes
• Brain fog or difficulty concentrating
• Low libido
• Irregular periods

The good news? Support and treatment options are available. A personalised medical assessment can help identify what’s happening and guide you toward solutions that improve your quality of life.

Your health matters at every stage of life. If you’ve noticed changes that don’t feel like “just ageing,” speak to your doctor.

Your heart works hard for you every single day ❤️

An ECG (Electrocardiogram) is a quick, painless test that checks your heart’s rhythm and electrical activity. It can help detect:

✔ Irregular heart rhythms
✔ Signs of stress on the heart
✔ Previous or current heart problems
✔ Possible early warning signs before symptoms worsen

Early detection can save lives. Don’t ignore symptoms like chest pain, palpitations, dizziness, or shortness of breath.

Book your ECG screening today and take a proactive step towards better heart health. ❤️

💊 Why You Should Always Keep a List of Your Medications

Keeping an up-to-date list of your medications is a simple habit that can make a big difference in your healthcare.

It helps your doctor:
✔ Avoid harmful drug interactions
✔ Understand your full treatment history
✔ Make safer and more accurate prescribing decisions
✔ Provide better care in emergencies or unexpected visits

Your list should include:
• Prescription medications
• Over-the-counter medicines
• Supplements and vitamins
• Dosages and how often you take them

📍Tip: Keep a copy in your wallet or phone so it’s always accessible when you need it.

A little preparation helps ensure safer, more effective care. 💙

When should children stay home from school?

Keep them home if they have:
• Fever
• Vomiting or diarrhoea
• Severe fatigue
• Contagious rash
