It was an honour to demonstrate the clinical use of the Fotona laser system at the DASIL World Congress in Cape Town, showcasing its versatility in treating various dermatologic conditions, from skin rejuvenation and vascular lesions to pigmentation and removal of skin lesions.

Technology and evidence based laser medicine continue to shape the future of dermatology and aesthetic medicine. I am excited to be part of that evolution.

Cherry angiomas are small, common, benign (harmless) skin growths that are clusters of tiny blood vessels, appearing as bright red or purple, smooth, or slightly raised bumps.

These are easily removed with Nd:Yag laser, as shown in the video. Lasering is precise, leaving surrounding skin untouched, as opposed to other methods of removal.
