Are you trying to be seen — or are you trying to be authentic?

I had an interesting session with a client recently.

She felt unseen on social media. She was creating good content, sharing consistently, but it felt like nobody was noticing.

When we explored her fear of being seen, we discovered something deeper: a past-life experience of being executed for speaking her truth.

In this lifetime, she realised the worst thing that could happen wasn’t death.

It was being cancelled.

Then she saw herself standing on a stage with a small group of loyal supporters around her.

And over time, that group grew.

Her message rippled outward, reaching the people who genuinely resonated with it.

That got me thinking about the tension between authenticity and visibility.

The ego says:

“Look at me. See me. Agree with me.”

The soul says:

“This is my truth in this moment. I’ll share it — and trust the right people to find it.”

And money can make this even more complicated.

When we’re operating from scarcity, we can become desperate for visibility. We create for attention. We worry about who might leave. We put financial needs ahead of the work.

But when we’re connected to abundance, something shifts.

We can create because we have something to share.

We can be vulnerable without needing everyone to approve.

We can trust that the right people will find the right message at the right time.

Those who resonate gather.
Those who don’t, disperse.

Perhaps that’s not rejection.

Perhaps that’s exactly how authentic sharing is supposed to work.

Create.
Share.
Stay centred in your heart.
Align with your soul.

And let your work ripple out to the people who are ready for it.

Sing like a bird — not because you want to be heard, but because you have a song. 🕊️

What are the long-term energetic consequences of severe trauma?

After years of working with clients as an intuitive energy healer, I have observed recurring patterns involving energetic fragmentation, loss of vitality, emotional interference, and spiritual disconnection.

While different traditions explain these experiences in different ways, one thing remains consistent: healing is possible.

As we reclaim lost parts of ourselves, release old entanglements, and reconnect with the Divine, we restore wholeness not only within ourselves but within the collective field of humanity.

Working with clients on the autistic spectrum has shown me something interesting.

Often, there’s a misalignment in the non-physical bodies—making the system more sensitive to external energy.

When this is restored, people don’t just feel calmer…
They feel more like themselves again.

More grounded.
More embodied.
More at home in their own energy.

This work isn’t just for autism—
but for anyone who feels everything, all at once.
