A lab at the University of Tennessee did a study where they fattened up mice on a high-fat diet and then gave them pancreatic and lung cancer.
They did it to test if r3tatrutide or semaglutide could treat it.

Pancreatic tumors came back 4 times smaller on Semaglutide and 14 times smaller on r3ta.
Lung was 17 times smaller, and half the mice never grew a tumor at all.

Then they pulled the drug and the mice gained the weight back, but the tumors stayed suppressed.
Rather than hitting the tumor, it was reprogramming the immune system around it.

It’s mice, not humans, and it’s early. R3tatrutide is an obesity drug, not a cancer drug. Nobody should be touching this thinking it treats cancer.

But still, it’s one of the most exciting things I’ve seen in this entire space. I’m tracking every study on this as it drops.
