YOUR GIFTS FROM THE HOLY SPIRIT🤍
“There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them.” - 1 Corinthians 12:4
Yes! He GIVES us gifts. Not earned. Not bought. Given. Free. For love.
Have you ever stopped to think... what have you already received?
- Have you received “healing” in your life when doctors said no?
- Have you received “words of wisdom” right when you needed them?
- Have you received “answers to questions” you didn’t even know how to ask?
- Have you received “ideas to help others” that changed their life?
- Have you received “love” when you felt unlovable, “knowledge” when you were confused, “peace” in turbulence?
That was Him. The Holy Spirit. Working through you.
God didn’t give you a unique gift for you to keep in a box.
GRATITUDE ACTIVITY - 5 Minutes Today:
I want you to do this right now. Pen and paper.
1. LIST 3: Write 3 gifts you KNOW the Holy Spirit has given you. Not what you wish you had. What people already thank you for. Example: “People say I calm them, I have wisdom in crisis, I have ideas that help.”
2. TRACE 1: Pick ONE gift and trace back ONE time God used it through you to help someone else. Write it down. Remember it.
3. THANK HIM: Out loud, pray: “Holy Spirit, thank You for my gift of “your gift”. Thank You for trusting me with it. Forgive me for hiding it. Show me who needs it today. Amen.”
4. USE IT TODAY: Before 6pm today, intentionally use ONE gift for one person with love. No payment. No praise. Just love.

HE WILL TEACH YOU ALL THINGS🤍
You never have to look for wisdom again.
Not on Google.
Not in another course.
Not in someone else’s opinion of you.
Because Jesus already gave you the Source.
“But the Helper, the Holy Spirit... He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.”_
John 14:26 NKJV
All things.
Not some things.
Not just Sunday things.
ALL things.
In every situation. Every minute. Every decision.
That presentation you’re scared for?
He will teach you.
That conversation you don’t know how to have?
He will teach you.
That moment when imposter syndrome whispers “who do you think you are?”
He will remind you who JESUS says you are.
So we can do away with:
- Self-doubt -> I have the Teacher in me.
- Imposter syndrome -> I have the Truth in me.
- Fear of not knowing enough -> I have ALL wisdom at my fingertips.
You don’t have to strive to be knowledgeable enough.
You host the All-Knowing One.
You don’t have to be wise enough.
You have the Source of ALL wisdom living IN you.
Today, whisper this:
“Holy Spirit, teach me.
Holy Spirit, remind me what Jesus says about this.”
And then listen. He is speaking.
Comment TEACH ME and I will pray that you hear His wisdom clearly today.

HELP ME IN MY WEAKNESS🤍
John 14:26 NKJV “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit...”
In 5 words, it says it all. He is not just a little help when you have time.
He IS the Helper.
Sent to you. In you. For you.
And this is how He helps:
“Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses...”_Romans 8:26
Help at your fingertips. Always!
To help you ask when you don’t know what to ask.
To help you pray when you don’t know how to pray.
To act on your behalf when you don’t even have the strength to utter a word.
So if today you are weak, weary, wordless...
So if today you need answers….
So if today you….ugh… you…
Just breathe.
In... Holy Spirit
Out... I need You
In... Holy Spirit
Out... Help me.
That’s enough. Your Helper heard you. He’s already moving. He’s closer than your next breath. 🤍

IF ONLY I HAD SOMEONE🤍
If you’ve ever thought that,this post is for you.
If only I had someone to talk to at 2am.
If only I had someone who truly gets me.
If only I had someone to guide me when I don’t know what to do.
Can I tell you something that will change everything?
You don’t just have “someone”.
You have your EVERYTHING.
And He’s already IN you.
His name is Holy Spirit.
And He is not a visitation.
He is not a Sunday feeling.
He is not far away.
The Bible says He lives IN you.
“…your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you...”- 1 Corinthians 6:19
IN YOU = Part of you.
That means you are NEVER alone.
Your someone is:
- Your Comforter when you cry
- Your Counselor when you’re confused
- Your Strength when you’re weak
- Your Witness that you are His
We try to live our Christian life FOR God, but God wants to live it WITH you, THROUGH you. So make Him part of EVERY moment.
This is practical:
When you wake up: “Good morning, Holy Spirit. Thank You for this day. Live this day with me.”
When you’re driving: “Holy Spirit, guide me.”
When fear comes: “Holy Spirit, You are my peace right now.”
When you work: “Holy Spirit, do this through me.”
Why is this so important?
Because in Him, your spirit is MADE NEW.
And He is your WITNESS.
“The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children.”- Romans 8:16 (This is the John 3 witness you felt - being born of the Spirit and knowing you are His)
You don’t have to try to feel like a child of God. He witnesses it to you. He reminds you: You ARE His.
So today, stop looking for someone out there. Talk to the Someone who is in you.
Your challenge: For the next 24 hours, include Him in everything. Say good morning. Say thank you. Say “help me.”
He is not just your someone.
He is your EVERYTHING.

NEW IN CHRIST🤍
I had this picture this morning...
When I buy a new outfit, I don’t put it on OVER my old clothes. Even if the old ones were comfortable and I have an attachment to them. Even if they served me well for a season.
I take the old OFF. It goes in the cupboard, or I donate it. It’s done.
And the new? Oh, I have excitement. Confidence. That makeover feeling. I talk about it. I walk differently. The old is forgotten so quickly.
Ephesians 4:24 says “put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.”
PUT ON.
Not cover up. Not try harder. Put ON.
When you are new in Christ, you don’t renovate the old you. You WEAR the new you.
New mind - you think of Christ.
New heart - you live in Christ.
New walk - you shine in Christ.
Your new self isn’t something you’re trying to become. It’s a garment Jesus already gave you. Your job is to wear it.
So today: Take off the old garment of fear, shame, not-enough.
And put on the new: You are righteous. You are holy. You are His. It is yours - already paid for!

NEW IN CHRIST🤍
I used to wake up and carry yesterday into today.
Same thoughts.
Same heaviness.
Same “I’ll try harder tomorrow.”
Until I read Romans 6:3-4 and it wrecked me in the best way:
“Or don’t you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death?
We were therefore buried with Him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.”_NKJV
Buried.
Raised.
New.
Friend, knowing you are “New in Christ” changes everything.
New thinking→ Instead of “What’s wrong with me?” you start asking “What is the Spirit saying about me?”
New outlook→ You stop seeing problems as proof you’re stuck, and start seeing them as places Jesus wants to bring resurrection.
New power→ You’re not doing this alone. The Holy Spirit is with you. In you. Leading you.
That’s what baptism and Living Water picture for us:
The old was buried.
The new has been raised through the glory of the Father.
Not a better version of you.
A “completely new you”.
So today, take a breath with me.
Feel that? That’s not striving. That’s Spirit.
That’s new life, already flowing.
You are “New. Forgiven. Spirit-led. Alive.”
This isn’t a makeover.
This isn’t an upgrade.
This isn’t God slapping new paint on the old you.
This is a brand new model. Built by God. Powered by Him.
Speak it: “I am raised with Christ. I walk in new life.”

GIFT OF THE HOLY SPIRIT🤍
Hello, so this week we discovered
- Christ values and beliefs
- Sharing the good news
as part of our Identity in Christ…
What is next?
The question I’ve heard so many times:
“So how do I receive the Holy Spirit so that I can be born again?”
Peter answered this clearly in Acts 2:38 NKJV:
“Repent,
and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins;
and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.”
Can we break that down together?
1. Repent
A decision in your heart. A choice.
Choose to follow Him.
2. Be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ
An outward step of an inward decision. For the remission of sins.
3. “...and you SHALL receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.”
Pause on those 2 words with me:
“SHALL” — that’s definite. Not maybe. Not if you’re good enough.
“GIFT”— that’s given freely. Not earned.
And notice the timing: “immediately after”.
Choose. Believe. Receive.
That’s how your identity shifts.
From “trying to be good” → to Born Again”
From “doing it alone” → to “His Spirit in you.”
This is the foundation of Identity in Christ:
United. Connected. Spirit-led.
Have you made that choice?
If yes, celebrate it today. You carry the Gift.

JOY OF GOOD NEWS🤍
Can we talk about the joy of receiving good news?
Pause for a second. This moment… take some time… Reflect…
Think of a time you received good news.
Something that made your heart soar!
Maybe anticipated, maybe surprised?
What emotions came up?
How did your whole body feel?
Oh wasn’t it simply marvellous!!!
Light? Excited? Like you couldn’t wait to tell someone?
Yes! Yes! That’s the feeling. Oh I want to know…
Now... would you not want to be the person who shares good news daily? Who sees how people lights up?
Jesus did exactly that. He shared the “Good News of the Kingdom”. The “Power of the Kingdom”! And guess what? This good news is for “you” too. Yes! Yes! Embrace it, it is yours.
So be joyful about it. And like all good news... “share it.” Simply start with… Oh I have such wonderful news to share with you!
Be like a little child who cannot wait to tell everyone the most beautiful news of all:
“Eternal life through Christ.”

IDENTITY IN CHRIST🤍
Hello beautiful friend… Up to now I’ve just been... savouring. Savouring getting to know the Bible again. Rediscovering Jesus in a different light. The light He’s opening my eyes to in this season of my life.
And do you know what that’s done? It’s opened the door to refreshing something in me: “My Identity in Christ.”
As a coach, I’ve learned that a core identity is made up of your
- values and beliefs.
The things you believe are true.
The things you value most.
That’s what drives every choice you make.
So then... what does it mean to “establish your identity in Christ”?
It means “being in Christ”
United.
Connected.
Born Again.
His Spirit, living in us.
Jesus said it so clearly in John 3:
“Most assuredly” — that’s definite.
“You must be” — that’s an instruction.
“Born of His Spirit” — vs 3, 5, 7
He wasn’t suggesting it.
He was stating it.
So here’s where I’m sitting today:
What if we took our values and beliefs...
and filtered them through Christ’s?
Not my values.
His.
Not my beliefs about me.
His beliefs about me.
What if “identity in Christ” simply meant:
Thinking like Him.
Loving like Him.
Valuing what He values.
Being like Him.
I’m on that journey with you.
Unlearning. Relearning.
Being born again, being made NEW!
Which of Christ’s values do you feel Him inviting you into right now? Love? Peace? Truth? Forgiveness?

RESTLESS🤍
I love the way God speaks to us. And right now, for me... He’s speaking through books.
Firstly — as you’ve been discovering with me —it’s falling in love with the Bible all over again.Letting His Word fill my world.
Can I be real with you?
I’ve been feeling restless for a while.
Lost in the sea of information, technology, demands. Passions pushed aside.
That ache that says... “you’re missing something.”
My spirit has been restless. Aching for answers. And yet... I know. I know my life is here for a reason. I still have something to do. A calling.
So here I am.
Between the life I’ve lived,
the Word of God,
and the Holy Spirit...
on this amazing journey of discovery.
Healing. Unlearning. Remembering who I am.
If you’ve felt restless too, you’re not alone.
Maybe God’s speaking to you through a book, too. Or a post. Or through silence.
Or through His Word.
If you’re in that in-between space too...
restless but called, tired but hopeful...
breathe with me.God hasn’t forgotten you. And He’s not done with you. This is only the start of a beautiful new journey.
