Meet Sulette:

Sulette qualified at the University of Stellenbosch in 2008 and completed her post grauate diploma in orthopaedic manipulative therapy in 2012. She

teaches at the University of Stellenbosch and attend courses regularly to keep up with the latest research. She is a qualified BASI pilates instructor and teaches pilates classes. Sulette believes in hands-on therapy and addressing the cause of the patient 's problem. She feels passionate about correcting biomechanics. Being a keen runner and sportswoman herself, her aim is always to get patients back to their previous level of function. Sulette is confident in treating any musculoskeletal issue but has a special interest in backs, necks, hips and shoulders.

Lately I have been seeing many patients with referred pain from disc herniations that recovered fully with conservative treatment. The secret is patience, pain education and effective management of acute pain.
