Simple adaptation to accommodate the patient’s visual impairment.
She couldn’t read the font size on the paper, took a photo on the iPad, zoomed in enough for her to read and I acted as her scribe 👀✍🏻

Look at that beautiful placement of the right hand. Done independently after just two days of therapy!
Getting to work in the clinical setting every now and then is great, it reminds me how powerful OT is because the progress of patients is a lot quicker and more evident
