t on your newborn baby. Our belief is that women should have support and information with which to make choices about the way they birth and parent. We are committed to providing a respectful environment in which to explore these individual choices. This is particularly important in a context where birth and parenting are increasingly becoming the domain of experts. We know from experience that women who trust themselves and their bodies labour more easily and have less resistance to birth. Part of our vision is to empower women to love themselves and their birthing bodies enough that they trust in their bodies’ wisdom. Our classes and individual therapies weave together the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of pregnancy and parenting. Central to the way we work is the practice of mindfulness. We all have the innate capacity to bring our awareness to the present moment along with the ability to open our hearts to ourselves, our babies and our lives.
