Something I am most definitely seeing a lot more of, as I am sure you are too, is the growing converstation and role of Ai in people's lives. Ai has its advantages, but when it comes to undertaking the emotions and needs of the psyche, it cannot begin to understand the true meaning behind the sentences that are typed in desperation.
It is not as simple as saying "talk to someone if you are struggling", "it can't be that bad, we are all struggling" ... there is so much more and we are dealing with untapped emotional awareness and unlearnt tools to be implemented.
We are dealing with the vulnerable that need their concerns to be protected and understood.
We need education when it comes to drawing the line and what information is generated back.
