📢 Notice to Move Physiotherapy Patients

We are excited to share that our physiotherapist has been selected to provide physiotherapy services for the Springbok Women's XV and Springbok Women's Sevens training camp in Stellenbosch. 🇿🇦💚💛

As a result, there will be limited appointment availability from 3–17 August 2026.

Appointments will be available during this period:
• Monday afternoons
• Wednesdays Full days
• Friday afternoons

To better accommodate our patients, we will also be open on Saturdays in August from 09:00–13:00, except Saturday, 1 August.

We encourage you to book your appointments in advance to avoid disappointment.

We are delighted to announce that from 1 July 2026, Move Physiotherapy will be operating from our new home: Move Physiotherapy & Wellness Centre.

Our new space will allow us to provide a more comfortable and professional environment while continuing to deliver the quality care you know and trust.

I’m deeply honoured to have been invited as a keynote speaker at the Avondale Primary Sports Awards. 🏆

It was an incredible evening celebrating the dedication, passion, and talent of young athletes who represent the future of sport in our communities. Sharing the stage with Mfundo Ndlovu from the Springbok 7s made it even more memorable — his journey is an inspiration to every aspiring player out there.
