It is with great pleasure that I write to inform you that on December 1, 2018 Judah Occupational Health Clinic and Wellness Centre (Pty) Ltd will be relocating.
Operations at the new clinic will be fully operational by 11th January 2019.
Please note that the current clinic at The Village Unit 15, Capricorn Business Park, Capricorn Blvd, Capricorn has ceased to be operational from 30th November 2018, we respectfully ask that you update your records to reflect our new address.
