One week until our next free PATH Method demonstration.

We just presented PATH Method at Transform Trauma Oxford, and we want to keep bringing it to more people, wherever they are. This live demonstration is part of that. It’s a way to experience it for yourself, no matter where in the world you're joining from.

Expect a real, unscripted session, live on Zoom with myself and Dana Smirin. You'll get a plain-language walkthrough of how PATH Method actually works, watch a live demonstration unfold in real time, and ask your own questions directly.

No clinical or coaching background needed. Come with curiosity; that's enough.
Tuesday, October 20 at 7:00pm GMT+2. Free to attend, donations welcome.

After fifty years in practice, I wrote my first book for the general reader: The Trauma You Call Normal, coming this Autumn from Whitefox.

It takes PATH Method out of the clinic and puts it in your hands. A path through the ordinary, long-carried difficulty many of us have learned to treat as normal.

This book might be for you if you've been told your results are "normal" but you know something isn't right, if you carry patterns, anxiety, exhaustion or old grief that no treatment quite reaches, or if you're a practitioner looking for a whole-person framework you can actually use.

Want to be first in line? DM us "TRAUMA" and we'll send you the link to pre-order.

She held her younger self like she'd been waiting years for someone to.

In this final moment of our 5-part series inside a real PATH Method session, Dr. Goldberg guides a client through one of the most tender parts of the work, as her Resource Remedy meets the child within her and lets her know “you are enough, you are loved’.

This is the resource remedy: a new remedy is cast into the inner psyche to embody what the situation needs. To the imagining mind, that remedy is real, and it's what lets the inner world shift.

This is what integrative, participatory healing can look like when the body and the story are recalibrated into a wholesome unfolding.

Missed the rest of the series? Go back through our last few reels to see how this session unfolded from start to finish.

Want to experience or witness a PATH Method session live? Join our live PATH Method demonstrations starting September 29th on Zoom. Link for free registration here: https://www.pathmethod.com/events/live-conversations-with-path-method-founders/

Dr. Raoul Goldberg sat down with Dr. Nasha Winters for a new episode of Tend the Terrain: "I Called It My Personality."

Dr. Winters is a naturopathic doctor, board-certified naturopathic oncologist, and best-selling author who has spent more than three decades exploring health through the lens of terrain, rhythm, and relationship. Her work is shaped in part by her own diagnosis of stage four ovarian cancer at nineteen, and by what she's learned since about listening differently to her body and her history.

In this episode, she and Dr. Goldberg talk about the patterns we learn so early we stop questioning them, the intelligence behind our adaptations, and what happens when the very thing that once protected us starts to cost us something. The conversation also touches on his forthcoming book, The Trauma You Call Normal, and the question at its center, are our wounds and the gifts ever really two separate things?

Part two of the session: turning the healing intention into something felt.

Dr. Goldberg guides the participant to build the healing intention into an embodied experience, dropping into the body to help it take form in the shape of an expressive gesture. Then he invites her to step outside of herself to witness her expressive gesture.

The video ends before we hear her answer. What do you think she saw? Catch her answer in part three, coming next.

Want to see this work live? Dr. Raoul Goldberg leads this in person next week at Trauma Oxford, September 14–17. Click this link for a community discount to attend in person or watch online: https://www.pathmethod.com/events/transform-trauma-oxford/

PATH Method stands for Participatory Awareness for Transformational Healing, and the word that matters most in that name is participatory.

Dr. Raoul Goldberg, Creator and Lineage-holder of PATH Method, spent decades as an integrative physician working with the deeper context of chronic illness. Dana Smirin, Co-Founder of PATH Method and Co-Founder and Managing Director of Path to Health center, brought years of work in consciousness studies and embodied practice. Together, they built a method around one core belief: you can't just witness your patterns from the outside, but you have to participate with them, understand them, and take responsibility for what happens next.

You're a participant in your own patterns. Transform your path. Activate your conscious participation.

Join them at the Trauma Summit Oxford September 14-17, in person or online, and use our community discount here: https://www.pathmethod.com/events/transform-trauma-oxford/.

Or email [email protected] to book a session with Dr. Goldberg directly to start this transformative process.

Dr. Rene Nassen of Stellenbosch University and former head of Child Psychiatry at Lentegeur Hospital has used PATH Method calling it one of the most powerful tools for self-discovery she's encountered in her career.
