🔥 WORK VS TENT: LET'S TALK FOR REAL, BAZALWANE 👇
In many of our communities, we see something that is difficult to ignore.
Some men spend the whole day in the tent, preaching and sharing the Gospel as their calling.
There is nothing wrong with serving God. Ministry is important, and many lives are changed through the work of dedicated servants.
But when a family is struggling, children need food, school fees are unpaid, and the entire burden falls on a wife. We must ask honest questions.
Can ministry and responsibility go hand in hand?
Can a man serve God while also finding ways to help provide for his family?
The Bible teaches faith, but it also teaches responsibility, hard work, and caring for one's household.
Meanwhile, many women wake up early every day to work, sell goods, farm, or hustle just to keep food on the table.
Then the same woman is told:
"You must submit to your husband."
Bazalwane, is this fair?
Is this what the partnership looks like?
Is this the Ubuntu we want our children to learn?
🌹 To our hardworking women: We see you, we respect you, and we honor your sacrifice.
👊 To our men: This is not an attack. We know there are real challenges such as unemployment, lack of opportunities, discouragement, and depression. But our families need leadership, effort, accountability, and partnership.
A tent is a place for prayer, fellowship, and worship. It should not become a place where responsibility is avoided while others carry the entire burden.
❤️ Let us build homes of RESPECT, PARTNERSHIP, ACCOUNTABILITY, and MUTUAL SUPPORT.
