My name is Aliza Graham and I'm a HPCSA registered Counselling Psychologist with a Masters degree in Psychology from the University of Johannesburg. I offer a variety of psychological services including psychotherapy, assessment and consultation. I offer psychotherapy to children (from 5 and up), adolescents, adults, parents, couples, families and members of the LGBTIQA+ community. Therap

y is offered in both Afrikaans and English. Therapy can either happen in person or online (Zoom), my practice is located in Centurion.

A great soul was laid to rest today, a dear friend and colleague of my husband. You think you understand grief on an intellectual, psychological and even spiritual level, but then it surprises you again.

Grief is such an emotional roller-coaster. Many theories try to explain an experience that really is so deeply personal. And yet it's one of those universal things we will all experience.

May the road rise up to meet you, until we meet again our dear friend.
