PAC-MAN? No, it’s PUP-MAN! 🎮

Meet Charlie, the Jack Russell who might just be the FASTEST dog we’ve ever had in our underwater treadmill! Most dogs come to the gym for rehabilitation, Charlie apparently came to set a new world record.

Between chomping, chasing and switching the floating balls like a furry little Pac-Man, he’s turned our underwater treadmill into his very own aquatic playground!

Insert coin to continue, because this little speedster has NO intention of pressing pause! 😂At PAWS, we believe rehabilitation should be effective, engaging and, where possible, FUN!

🐾 Seeing Double at PAWS, with a little size difference! 😂💕

Meet Belle the Doberman and Bella the Miniature Pinscher, two girls who clearly didn’t just coordinate their names and looks, but their medical journeys too!

Both girls suffered the same injury (CCLR), underwent the same surgery (TPLO), and are now joining us at Paws-itive Paws-abilities for their recovery and physiotherapy.

One comes in extra large, the other in pocket-sized perfection, but when it comes to matching injuries, matching surgeries, and those adorable looks, these two are practically twins! Same name vibes. Same surgery. Same determined spirit. Just very different packaging!

Their road to recovery may take time, but with a little patience, lots of love, and the right rehabilitation support, we’ll be cheering them on every step of the way.

WE CROSSED THE FINISH LINE AND TOOK HOME TWO SILVER MEDALS! 🥈🐾

What a race it’s been!

We are absolutely thrilled and incredibly grateful to announce that Paws-itive Paws-abilities has taken SECOND PLACE in BOTH categories in the Best of Pretoria 2026!

🥈 Best Veterinary Physiotherapist
🥈 Best Pet Training

From the starting line to the final sprint, your support has meant the world to us. Every vote, every share, every word of encouragement and every person who helped spread the word has been part of this incredible journey.

While we may not have crossed the finish line in first place, we feel like winners knowing we have such an amazing community cheering us on.

These awards mean so much more than a position on a podium. They celebrate our passion for improving the quality of life of our four-legged patients, helping pets and their people thrive, and doing what we love every single day.

THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts! 💚

Here’s to celebrating this achievement, continuing to make a difference, and helping many more happy tails along the way. Because at PAWS, every little victory counts!

Networking with purpose, connecting with passion! 💚

This morning, Heather had the pleasure of attending the Network Like a Ninja Breakfast Connect, an inspiring opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and share the heart behind Paws-itive Paws-abilities.

From helping pets regain mobility and improve their quality of life to supporting them through rehabilitation, recovery and their golden years, Heather loved sharing not only what we do, but more importantly, WHY we do it. Because behind every treatment, every little milestone and every wagging tail is a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of animals and the people who love them.

A heartfelt thank you to Cindy Norcott for the wonderful talk, all the organisers for putting together such an awesome event, and every attendee who made the morning so enjoyable and meaningful!

Here’s to building connections, inspiring one another and finishing 2026 strong, one paw at a time!
