Pharmacists are not there to micromanage prescribers' preferences to opiods or other dangerous and addictive substances.

They are there to verify legitimacy, validity and pharmacotherapeutic correctness of prescriptions.

Pharmacists are happy to assist patients in optimizing their therapies and regimen but pharmacists are NOT going to fight prescribers, refuse to fill scripts beyond errors and put up resistance when all they get in return is tantrums, discrimination and subsequent bullying/defamation.

To every patient or medicine user out there:

Listen to whom ever you like, take all the pills you desire but for your own safety, consider the insight and professional recommendations of a pharmacist's caution first.
