Its all about working together to make sure that you are at the centre of everything we do. Vista Clinic is part of the global Adventist Health Care network which is the second largest private health care provider worldwide. Vista Clinic has 158 beds making Vista one of the largest Private Psychiatric Hospitals in Southern Africa. The Hospital is structured into 8 wards where skilled psychiatric nursing staff provides quality patient centred care. Our facilities include:

• Occupational Therapy

With 22 dedicated Psychiatrists and more than 70 allied clinicians we are able to treat a wide variety of psychiatric illnesses. Our Multi-disciplinary team consists of

This August, we turn our attention to the women who hold so much, often quietly. The ones who carry households, careers and communities, and somewhere along the way, learn to put everyone else's needs before their own.
We call it strength. We call it resilience. But underneath it is often exhaustion, and a woman who has forgotten how to ask for help.

Women's mental health is shaped by things we don't always name: the invisible load of caregiving, the pressure to be endlessly capable, the guilt that creeps in when rest feels like failure. None of it makes her less strong. It makes her human.

This Women's Day, let's remind the women around us, and ourselves, that softness is not weakness. That asking for support is not giving up. That rest is not a reward to be earned but a need to be honoured.
To every woman carrying more than she shows: you are seen, you are valued, and you don't have to carry it alone.
