Great animation and a link to a fact sheet re the benefits of breast feeding. This post couldn't have come at a better time. At the end of this month I have been breastfeeding for 16 months and still going strong at two feeds a day.

Today Rose has been kid down with gastro. The first time she has ever been sick. Thank goodness for mums milk (anti bodies galore) and the comfort that breastfeeding provides. She is hopefully on the mend and will have a good night. Hold thumbs!
