💚 World Mental Health Day 2025 💚
This year’s theme — “Mental health is a universal human right” — reminds us that emotional wellbeing is not a privilege or luxury. It’s something every person deserves, regardless of age, background, or circumstance.

As a psychiatrist, I’m reminded daily that healing begins when people are seen, heard, and given space to be human. Access to mental health care, empathy, and understanding shouldn’t depend on where you live, what you earn, or who you are.

Today, let’s recommit to creating communities where support replaces stigma — where conversations about mental health are met with kindness, not silence.
