What is shockwave therapy?

Shockwave therapy uses an acoustic wave that transmits high energy to tissue resulting in:
-New blood vessel formation.
-Dissolution of calcifications.
-Reversal of chronic inflammation.
-Regeneration of bones, tendons, and other soft tissue.

Shockwave is useful in treating:
-Plantar fasciitis.
