Let’s talk about the difference nobody told me about between C-PTSD and PTSD.

Both are trauma. Both are real. But C-PTSD also hands you a inner critic that sounds like your abuser, a nervous system that treats kindness like a threat, and a mirror that never shows you the truth.

WATCH | The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Education, in partnership with Cloud Therapist, officially launched the Digital School of Mental Health Pilot Programme at the Anton Lembede MST Academy, aimed at strengthening mental health support for learners and educators through digital innovation.

The programme is held under the theme: “Using digital innovation to make safer, healthier and more resilient schools.”

The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Education, in partnership with Cloud Therapist, officially launches the Digital School Mental Health Pilot Programme at Anton Lembede Mathematics, Science and Technology (MST) Academy in the Pinetown District.

Under the theme “Harnessing Digital Innovation to Build Safer, Healthier and More Resilient Schools,” the programme seeks to leverage digital innovation to strengthen mental health support and promote the overall well being of learners and school communities.
