When the patient wants to go white on their composite veneers, it's our job to advise them best especially when they are only doing six.
Your "new" smile needs to match the ones next the teeth not done and the bottom as well. And the results are always better when you have a natural smile compared to something that doesn't fit the rest of your teeth.
This patient's two front teeth weren't in line with the rest of the arch in her smile but we fixed that...

This patient suffered trauma to the front resulting in him losing a tooth (he wears a denture) and breaking the other, requiring a root canal many years ago. The initial filling we did on the denerved tooth, lasted more than 8 years until he bit into something hard and broke it recently. We were able to bring the tooth in line with his other teeth and make his smile nice again.

Came across this from 2020 and it is just an example of how important is to take that first step even if you are terrified. So many patients say, "I just ignored the hole because it wasn't painful and I was scared." Trust us, it's always easier to fix it while the cavity is still small. Don't ignore a discoloration or decay, it will only cavitate more and you'll end up losing the tooth if it becomes too bad.

Day 6935 of changing smiles and showing love to some unnoticed cases. Composite resin is a material that we can manipulate on the chair. We can get 99 percent if not a spot on shade match and it can be more natural and less invasive than traditional crowns.

Two different sides of the same mouth in two different posts. The gold removal was done on one side and we shared that previously. The other side was a fibre reinforced composite bridge done to replace a root treated tooth which had to be removed. We also tried to camouflage the ill-matched porcelain crown by doing veneers on the teeth next to it.
