Having been in the massage industry for 14 years, I am passionate about getting people healthy, active and pain-free. Massage is an effective way to treat general muscular tightness and aches that result from poor posture, old injuries, illness and the stress of daily living. Massage is also exceptionally beneficial in the treatment of general stress and fatigue as it works on both a physical and

emotional level. Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage and Fascia Release are great therapies to relieve physical and emotional stress, reduce injuries and pain, and assist in the preparation of muscles before a race and for accelerating recovery time afterwards. PNF stretching is also provided for tight, inflexible muscles. Benefits of massage:
