SWEDISH MASSAGE TECHNIQUES. Duration: Two days. 8.30am -12.30pm. If you have no previous massage experience and wish to learn the benefits of massage therapy, then this module is for you. You will learn basic massage techniques via hands-on learning and with a basic manual covering application of techniques. Areas covered include neck, back, chest, abdomen, arms, legs and feet. There is a strong focus on the practical aspects of massage techniques and at the completion of the workshop you will have sufficient ability to perform a full body massage. Outline:

* MYOFASCIAL DECOMPRESSION Level 1 ( Dry cupping therapy)**
Duration : Two days. 8.30am -12.30pm. This incredible modern technique is an adaptation of ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine. Special plastic cups placed over the body’s surface to create suction (negative pressure) aided by vacuum pump.
