Rainbow Warriors Kids Yoga

Rainbow Warriors Kids Yoga Rainbow Warriors is an extension of Simply Yoga. The Rainbow Warriors classes also practices the Hatha style yoga.

We offer kids yoga at the studios or as a Parent & Child workshop. The yoga and art workshops are also available for the younger groups.

Partner yoga helps kids understand ideas like friendship, kindness, empathy, caring, helpfulness, and loyalty.

These types of words give kids simple ways to think about how they treat others and how they want to be treated.

We moved through amazing partner poses, back to back breathing, and communicating with your partner.

We chatted about how friends help make our day brighter 💙
