After years of trying to find a massage that provided the right pressure and addressed my areas of

10 years of nursing has helped me understand the bodies anatomy, the fascination of how muscles work, drain tension and oxygenate.
It has provided a deeper respect for the vulnerability someone has to be in my hands, a greater heart of compassion, treating each person individually and just being ever thankful thank my hands and heart can serve each lady who comes for a massage with me.

When you recieve a massage from a massage therapist like myself you do not receive a relaxing body massage that follows a routine. It is a tailored massage to YOUR needs!

The pressure can vary from light to hard. A greater variety of techniques are performed, I align your body and the pressure is more even, as is the flow.

This provides an even greater relaxing treatment, and is better for addressing knots, achy muscles and muscle tension and stiffness.

People often ask me how many massages they need to have to get their muscles FIXED...

One massage every not and again will NOT fix the problem but will be like taking the icing off the cake each time 😏

There are so many factors that come into how many massages because everyone is different but let's make it simple our muscles have memory.

Over time they learn to adapt to what we're putting their way and the body naturally will want to fight it. As you show the body massage is good the muscles learn to adapt, drain the lactic acid which holds the muscles so tightly and attempts to stop lean muscle can form.

Regularity is key- From my years of experience and massage training I have found that 4 massages within a 6 week period has shown the most promising results. Massage number 3 you will see the most difference from because your muscles have learnt to respond to the massages.
