Congratulations to Tiaan, who proudly represented Team South Africa at the COSSASA Games in Zimbabwe on 1 September.

Competing in the U14 age group at just 13 years old, Tiaan brought home a 🥈 silver medal in the high jump and achieved a new personal best!

We are so proud to be part of your journey and to celebrate every milestone along the way. Keep reaching new heights, Tiaan!

What a season it has been with the Southern Guards GC.

A huge thank you to the entire team for your commitment, professionalism and hard work throughout the season. It has been an honour for me to be part of the team.

One of the highlights of the year was undoubtedly LIV Golf coming to South Africa. 🇿🇦 An incredible event that brought golfers, non-golfers and South Africans together, while showing the rest of the world what it truly means to be South African — our passion, energy, unity and spirit.

Beyond the competition, it’s the camaraderie, team spirit and support for one another that made this season so special. It has been a privilege to support the Southern Guards throughout the season and to be part of such a driven and passionate team.

What a privilege it has been for our physiotherapy team to work alongside Fairmont Rugby throughout the season. From the sidelines to the treatment room, it’s been an honour to support the players on and off the field. 💪🏼

Thank you to the players, coaches and management for welcoming us, trusting us, and making us feel like part of the team. 🤝🏼

🐴✨ A PROUD MOMENT FOR MADISON! ✨🐴

Congratulations to Madison Hammond on being appointed Vice-Captain of the SAESA Cagnetra Equestrian Team for the Regional Finals that was in George 5–10 August! 🇿🇦🏇

Following a broken ankle and surgery in May, Madison worked closely with Jacqui and Danel for physiotherapy and biokinetics, working hard to safely rebuild her strength and get her back in the saddle. 💪🏼🐎

Her determination and dedication paid off as she competed across Working Hunter, Equitation, Show Jumping and Dressage — what an incredible comeback! 👏🏼✨

We are incredibly proud of Madison and all she has achieved. Congratulations on this well-deserved appointment and achievement! 🏆❤️

What a weekend! 💙 Our entire Durbanville Wellness Centre team worked tirelessly throughout the long weekend, supporting players and umpires with strapping, treatment and recovery — helping keep athletes on court and back on the field. 💪🏼

A special congratulations to: 🏆 Yvonne & the Cape Town Senior A team — Champions! 🥇
🥉 Jacqui & the West Coast team — 3rd place in their division!
💙 Rune & the Cape Town U21 team — what an incredible tournament!

We are so proud to have been part of such an amazing event and to support the athletes who gave it their all.
