We absolutely LOVE welcoming new Moms & Babies into our Moms and Babes community! 🐰✨

If you’re a Durbanville mom looking for more than just a baby class, you’ve found your village. 💕

Our classes are specially designed for babies from 2 weeks to 12 months and are based on age-appropriate developmental milestones, with guided activities that encourage:

✨ Gross & fine motor development
✨ Sensory exploration
✨ Tummy time & strengthening
✨ Baby’s confidence and body awareness
✨ Learning through purposeful play
✨ Bonding time between Mom & Baby

What started as a baby stimulation class grew into so much more — a safe space where moms could connect, find support, celebrate milestones, and build lasting friendships. It has been a privilege to walk alongside so many Northern Suburbs families during some of their most precious years.

The power of baby massage. A few minutes of gentle massage after bath time isn't just soothing, it's one of the simplest, most meaningful things you can do for your little one.

Here's what those few quiet minutes are really doing:

- Supports digestion, gentle tummy strokes can help ease trapped wind and discomfort
- Deepens your bond, skin-to-skin touch releases oxytocin for both of you, the "feel good" hormone that strengthens attachment
- Helps baby feel safe, warm hands, a familiar voice and gentle touch tell baby's nervous system: you are safe, you are loved
- Encourages better sleep, a calm, connected baby settles more easily into a bedtime routine
