Our Senior Nursing Team brings together many years of combined nursing experience, extensive clinical knowledge and a wealth of skills developed throughout their careers.

Their experience enables them to confidently manage complex care needs, recognise changes in residents' conditions, make sound clinical decisions and provide guidance and support to our nursing teams.

Beyond their clinical skills, our senior nurses provide strong leadership, mentorship and accountability, ensuring that our residents are cared for with dignity, compassion and respect at all times.

They play an important role in maintaining high standards of care, promoting resident safety, supporting their colleagues and ensuring that our day- and night-duty teams work together effectively.
