In today’s world, it’s easy to take marriage for granted or view divorce as just another part of life—but the impact on partners and children can be profound.

Research consistently shows that strong, healthy relationships are linked to lower levels of anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and even su***de. Children, too, are deeply affected by ongoing conflict, experiencing higher stress levels whether parents stay together or separate.

Yet while we hear a lot about the benefits of healthy relationships we don't hear much about research that indicates how to keep relationships satisfying and stable.

Couples Workshop Program: The research foundation of the program is based on over 40 years of research and more than 3,000 couples. Proven tools will be provided to help couples: improve friendship, fondness, and admiration; enhance romance and intimacy; manage conflict constructively; gain skills to address perpetual and solvable problems; create shared meaning; and maintain gains throughout a lifetime. The program includes lectures, videos, role plays, and private couple exercises. Participants will not be required to share personal problems in front of others.
