Today is International Gynaecological Health Day 🌸
Your gynaecological health is an important part of your overall health - at every stage of life.
From your first period to pregnancy, contraception, fertility, menopause and everything in between, your body changes, and your healthcare needs change with it.
Painful periods, unusual bleeding, pelvic pain, changes in your menstrual cycle or symptoms that simply don’t feel right shouldn’t always be something you’re expected to just accept.
Listen to your body. Ask questions. Have the conversations. And don’t be afraid to seek help. Regular gynaecological care isn’t only about treating problems - it’s about understanding your body, looking after your health and making informed decisions about your wellbeing.
Today is a reminder that your health deserves attention, your concerns deserve to be heard, and there is no such thing as an embarrassing question when it comes to your body.
🌸 Your health. Your body. Your voice.
