Diana Southgate, Counselling Psychologist Practice Number 861 853 4 Diana is a Counselling Psychologist and trained in both Eye Movement Integration (EMI) and Braun Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT).

She has been in practice for over 30 years, most recently in Empangeni and Richards Bay. She has a special interest in traumatic stress and addiction (in particular, alcoholism). The resultant programme ― ‘Surely Sober: A Pathway for Recovery from Alcohol Addiction’ ― has been successfully applied in practice. It is in implementation in a Workshop-plus-Home Audio format.
