The silent cause of fat legs that diets don’t fix: Lipoedema 🍃

Lipoedema is a chronic condition where fat cells build up abnormally, usually in the hips, thighs, buttocks, and sometimes the arms. Unlike regular weight gain:

- It is not caused by overeating or lack of exercise.
